**職責:**
- 協助人力資源職能和職責的日常運作。
- 編譯和更新員工記錄(硬拷貝和軟拷貝)。
- 處理與人事活動(人員配備、招募、培訓、申訴、績效評估等)相關的文件並準備報告。
- 協調人力資源專案(會議、訓練、調查等)並做會議記錄。
- 處理員工有關人力資源問題、規則和條例的請求。
- 透過提供相關數據(缺勤、獎金、休假等)協助薪資準備。
- 精通向 EPF、SOCSO、EIS 和 HRDF 付款的法定要求
- 妥善處理投訴和申訴程序。
- 協調與候選人的溝通並安排面試
**要求:**
- 具備擔任人力資源助理或相關人力資源/行政職位的豐富經驗。
- PC 能力(尤其是 MS Office)。
- 良好的勞動法知識。
- 較強的組織能力。
- 優秀的溝通能力。
- 最好至少擁有人力資源或相關領域的學士學位。
- 能夠獨立工作
