- To lead and mentor a high-performing team, maximizing both individual and team performance.

- To oversee outlet achievement and ensure KPIs and goals are met.
- To cultivate a positive and motivating work environment by promoting teamwork, diversity, inclusion and focusing on positive employee relationships
- To manage outlet appearance, marketing collaterals, POSM and Merchandising standards by adhering to branding guideline at all times
- To ensure seamless operations in terms of cash, inventory, floor and in-store merchandising management
- To be responsible in Performance Measurement Control inclusive of monitoring all orders and save performance to ensure customer promise charter is achieved.
- To engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure knowledge sharing sessions & collaborations are well developed
- To develop and formulate operational strategy that is aligned with TM brand’s strategy to improve sales and services at outlet.
- To adhere and follow the workflow procedures and processes in ensuring excellent customer service and outlet efficiency are achieved
- To manage 2nd level customer complaints effectively with end to end follow through.
- To drive operational excellence by creating a conducive customer journey that leads to speedy and effective resolutions for customers and promoting self-serve

**_Requirements : _**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or other dialects and languages are a plus.
- Telco experience is an added advantage
- 7-10 years of working experience in the related field

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,004.00 per month
