Position: Customer Service Representative - Russian
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Working hours: Rotational night shift (8 PM - 9 AM)
Working days: Monday to Sunday (rotational)

**Salary**: RM7,700 (basic) + KPI allowance up to RM300 + night shift allowance

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Russian and English (C1 and above)
- Bachelor's Degree and above
- Minimum 6 months in customer service position

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer calls and provide accurate information to address their queries.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by offering patient and attentive assistance at all times.
- Respond to customer inquiries based on knowledge gained through training, including client products, continuous improvement, and refresher courses.
- Communicate effectively to provide top-notch customer support and services.
- Consistently meet and surpass all key performance indicators set by both the company and the client.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,700.00 per month

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
