**HR Manager**

**Basic Salary: Up to 10K**
Working Hours: 9am-7.30pm (Mon-Friday/alternate Saturday)
Working Location: KLCC

Basic: RM8000-RM10000 (Salary will adjust after confirmation)
Fixed allowance RM1050

**Responsibilities**:
2. Responsible for standardizing and optimizing the entry and exit process of employees, collecting statistics and making suggestions or solutions to their problems.

3. Responsible for employee appraisal management, including but not limited to the optimized implementation and improvement of appraisal systems and procedures, performance management, welfare and other related management.

4. Responsible for talent development planning and internal and external training, have a certain understanding or practice of talent inventory, qualification system and competency model, or arrange related training.

5. For problems that may arise in the company or team, provide corresponding basis judgments based on professional technology, and provide feasible solutions for company strategy and team management.

6. According to the company's development strategy, optimize the organizational structure and build a team that conforms to the company's development strategy.

7. Responsible for the handling of related issues such as employee attendance and leave; salary, provident fund, social security, personal income tax and other related review work

**Job requirements**:
1. College degree or above, trilingual in 3 languages English, B.Malaysia, and Chinese have a certain understanding of Chinese cultural exchanges as to liaise with China counterpart and Taiwanese as well.

2. Proficient in common office software such as office and PPT.

3. 3 years above experience as an HR manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
