Arrowood International is a growing Hotel Consultancy and Management company based in Penang. Since our establishment, we have successfully secured and are managing multiple hotels in Penang, Kedah & Perlis. Our mission is to deliver innovative hospitality solutions, drive revenue performance, and elevate guest experiences for our partner hotels.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As an **Administrator**, you will play a key role in providing administrative and HR support to our consultants and management team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Compiling and preparing reports for each hotel under our portfolio.
- Preparing and recording meeting minutes.
- Answering and making phone calls, as well as handling correspondence.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Maintaining filing systems and proper documentation.
- Assisting with HR-related tasks such as staff records, recruitment support, and leave tracking.
- Supporting day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum **SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma** in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent
- Preferably specialized in **Clerical / Administrative Support** or equivalent
- Required languages**:Bahasa Malaysia and English**:
- Strong skills in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**:
- Experience working in a **hotel or hospitality environment** will be an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple tasks independently

**Salary**: MYR 2,000 - 3,000
**Immediate Vacancy**
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
