Sales Administrator

**ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**:
a) Assist the sales team to coordinate sales appointments.
b) Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
c) Respond to client inquiries and provide information on company products.
d) Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
e) Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
f) Conduct competitor analysis to sales strategies and improve market positioning.
g) Manage the sales department's daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
h) Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.
i) Collaborate with other departments to resolve any sales administrative challenges.
j) Help in maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.
k) Support in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
a) A minimum of a bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
b) At least 1 year of experience in a sales or administrative role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
c) Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant administrative tools.
d) Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
e) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
f) Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
