Sales Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator who is fluent in English and Thai to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the sales department with administrative duties, customer coordination, and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries in English and Thai.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and follow up on orders.
- Assist in generating sales reports and presentations.
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment of customer needs.
Requirements
- Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
