**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and strategies based on objectives and audience.
- Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers for event logistics, including catering, audiovisuals, and décor.
- Oversee event promotion and marketing, including digital campaigns, social media, and PR.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and legal requirements.
- Manage event registrations, ticketing, and guest lists.
- Supervise on-site event execution, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Measure and analyze event success through feedback and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Budget management and financial planning expertise.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with corporate, social, or non-profit events.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions.
