Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Sales Specialist located in Ipoh. The Event Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales cycle in relation to events, building and maintaining customer relationships, planning and coordinating event activities, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working closely with teams to execute event strategies and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in event Planning, and coordination of events
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales, including identifying leads, closing deals, and meeting sales goals
- Proven organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great leadership with strong skills of people management
