**Location: MMW Bone Alignment Centre, Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang**

MMW Bone Alignment Centre specializes in natural, non-invasive recovery methods by blending traditional Chinese bone-setting techniques with modern wellness approaches. We support clients in addressing sprains, joint misalignments, scoliosis, sciatica, and long-term musculoskeletal issues—without the use of surgery, medication, or injections. As our centre continues to grow, we value integrity, professionalism, and community-oriented care. We are currently looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand our outreach and connect more individuals with our holistic services.

**Role Summary**

This role is ideal for a driven and creative Sales & Marketing Executive who can boost client engagement, promote our wellness solutions, and contribute to business growth. The position combines hands-on sales responsibilities with marketing initiatives to attract new clients, maintain strong relationships, and enhance our brand presence across various channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate sales by engaging potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
- Handle enquiries with professionalism, clearly explaining treatment services and packages while guiding clients through their recovery options.
- Work closely with the team to produce marketing materials, digital content, and client engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of leads, sales progress, and client communications.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Coordinate with practitioners and operations staff to ensure smooth daily workflows and service quality.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles; experience in healthcare or wellness is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute ideas for marketing content and campaigns.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Mandarin or other dialects is a plus.
- Willing to work six days a week, including weekends.
