  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies to enhance product awareness and adoption.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
  • Clearly define and communicate product positioning and unique value propositions.

Go-to-Market Planning:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans covering pricing, distribution, promotion, and communication strategies.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with sales and operational teams for a cohesive launch.

Marketing Collateral and Content Creation:

  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including product guides, brochures, and online content.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits.

Sales Enablement:

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the tools and materials needed for effective product promotion and sales.
  • Develop training programs to ensure the sales team is well-versed in product knowledge and key selling points.

Required Competencies and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Good written and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Passion for pets and understanding of pet industry trends.
