Job Description

· Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

· Set marketing goals and KPIs to measure effectiveness.

· Enhance brand positioning and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

· Plan and execute advertising, promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.

· Oversee content creation for social media, website, and marketing materials.

· Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional strategies that drive sales.

· Manage social media platforms, online campaigns, and etc.

· Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in brand management and campaign execution.

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and market research.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
