**Overall Accountability**:
To handle birthday, school and corporate function coordination.

**Overall Responsibilities**:

- Provide sufficient information & marketing collaterals to client for birthday, corporate companies & government division to promote Theme Park.
- To send out the function order for all function to the suppliers once confirmation documents have been finalized by the Sales Coordinator.
- To check all the flows & coordination of the function due to the confirmation documents as per customer requirement.
- To do a checklist according to what the function order stated for the event
- Attend to leads provided by marketing & promotions department and close sales.
- Maintain good rapport with existing customers and birthday event's guest during function.
- To assis in corporate event, travel agents, school and birthday function when needed.
- To liaise with supplier on event's items delivery and set up.

**General**:

- To assist set-up coordination for every after confirmation from the sales personnel.
- To attend any ad-hoc on ground activities.
- Organize function & events (birthday, school, family day, team building & company outing)
- To check & report on event's materials to ensure stock level always sufficient to accommodate for the next 3 events.
- To prepare monthly sales performance report for management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
