**Responsibilities**:

- Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures.
- Responsible for operational tasks which include update various products information, features and images within our e-commerce platform, process order, follow up returns, campaign planning, reporting, etc.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Manage all online activity in relation to sales and reporting.
- Able to achieve sales target as expected.
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Possess working experience(s) in the related field will be added advantage.
- Able to work independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
