As a Junior Strategist & Content Executive, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams, assisting in the development and implementation of effective content strategies. Your role will be crucial in supporting our clients’ brand identity and marketing objectives, crafting narratives that captivate audiences across various platforms, and utilizing data-driven insights to improve content performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your writing skills and gain strategic experience within a dynamic organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the conceptualization and execution of content strategies in alignment with client brand identities and marketing goals.
- Utilize data analytics tools and SEO practices to gather insights and support content optimization.
- Help manage the editorial calendar, coordinating with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to elevating content quality through diligent editing, with attention to detail and an ability to adapt tone and style across different audiences and platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and external agencies to achieve common objectives and support cross-functional success.

**Job Requirements**
- Up to 2 years of experience in content strategy and copywriting within a creative agency, digital marketing, or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing diverse writing and content strategy projects.
- Basic proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to help drive and measure content performance.
- Experience in project management, including supporting editorial calendars and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt style and tone for different audiences and platforms.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, contributing to multifunctional team productivity and success.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
