Season Pass Administrator

**Job Summary**:
The Season Pass Administrator is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the season pass program. This includes overseeing customer relations, data management, reporting, and supporting marketing efforts. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Season Pass Management**
- Administer all aspects of the season pass program, including sales, renewals, terminations, and temporary suspensions.
- Oversee the daily operations related to pass issuance and support.
- Provide clear and timely information to customers regarding season pass services and policies.
**2. Customer Relations**
- Serve as the first point of contact for all seasons pass holders.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure positive customer experience.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach at all times.
**3. Data Management**
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.
- Ensure proper documentation and data integrity in compliance with privacy and data protection policies.
- Conduct preliminary bank reconciliation and maintain transaction records for auditing purposes.
**4. Reporting**
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports related to season pass sales, usage trends, and renewals.
- Analyze data to support management in improving services and identifying opportunities.
**5. Team Collaboration**
- Coordinate with finance, marketing, and operations teams to streamline workflows and ensure consistent service standards.
- Share feedback and recommendations to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
**6. Sales & Marketing Support**
- Assist the marketing team in executing campaigns to promote season pass sign-ups and renewals.
**7. Ad Hoc Tasks**
- Undertake any additional assignments from management to support operational or strategic goals.
- Be flexible and proactive in handling evolving responsibilities and special projects.
**Requirements**:
Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools (Excel, etc.).
Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
