**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Manage office supplies, inventory such as books and uniforms and place orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area.
- Assist with school events and functions.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with other tasks assigned by various departments, principal and directors.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
