The Admin Assistant will be a key support role, ensuring that the office runs efficiently and effectively. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks, coordinate office functions, and support our team of consultants. The Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining office operations, assisting with HR functions, handling client communications, and contributing to the overall success of the consultancy.

**Job Description**:

- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Prepare and proofread documents, memos, and correspondence as required.
- Assist in managing and organizing electronic and hard copy records.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.

Job Requirement:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role or clerical position is preferred but not required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
