Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the office and school.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other official documents.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including books and uniforms, and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional work environment.
- Greet visitors and ensure a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of school events and functions.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Oversee and follow up on office maintenance, repairs, and facility-related matters.
- Provide support for tasks assigned by various departments, as well as by the Principal and Directors.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
