- Menyediakan rekod kehadiran pekerja, tuntutan kerja lebih masa untuk pembayaran gaji dimajukan ke bahagian Akaun sebelum 13hb pada setiap bulan.
- Membantu menyediakan Surat Perlantikan, Pengesahan Jawatan, Penyerapan, surat-surat berkaitan dengan disiplin, latihan dan penyediaan memo dalaman.
- Membantu menyediakan dan menyemak rekod cuti termasuk cuti sakit termasuk penyediaan Laporan Cuti berdasarkan permohonan cuti semua anggota kerja.
- Menyemak dan memajukan borang permohonan cuti jawatan Juruteknik dan ke atas untuk kelulusan Ketua Jabatan Pentadbiran & Akaun dan Pengarah Urusan.
- Menyemak dan memajukan borang permohonan cuti bahagan operasi yang telah mendapat pengesahan dari Ketua Jabatan untuk semakan dan kelulusan dari Pegawai /Eksekutif Sumber Manusia. Membuka fail pekerja baru (tetap) dan membuat pas pekerja baru.
- Memfailkan dokumen pekerja kontrak serta di dalam satu fail yang berasingan. Membantu menelefon calon-calon yang telah senarai pendek untuk sesi temuduga.
- Membantu menjalankan sesi temuduga kepada calon-calon di bahagian operasi.
- Mengemaskinikan rekod latihan dalaman dan luaran pekerja di dalam sisitem Qpay dan memfaikan dokumen latihan yang telah dikemaskini.
- Membantu Eksekutif Sumber Manusia membuat susulan kepada semua Jabatan mengenai latihan latihan dalaman yang tertangguh.
- Membantu membuat sesi orientasi kepada pekerja baru, membuat kad perakam waktu dan menghantar calon ke bahagian atau Jabatan yang di tempatkan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
