Sales Admin

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents to support the sales team.
- Coordinate and process orders, shipments, and delivery arrangements.
- Assist in import and export documentation (experience in this area is a plus).
- Maintain accurate sales records & customer data.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
- Handle flight, hotel, and transportation bookings for the team when required.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or logistics coordination.
- Experience in import & export documentation is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
