**Responsibilities**:

- To supervise IT staff, consultants, vendors and suppliers
- To formulate procedures and policies for optimum utilization of IT infrastructure resources in the company
- To monitor connectivity between HQ and branches as well as internet connection and liaise with service provider for quick resolution to connectivity issues
- To review and optimize current IT Infrastructure design and architecture.
- To define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
- To monitor daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems & to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for IT infrastructure improvement
- To analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
- To design, plan and implement Compute infrastructure in Contract Manufacturing and Dell Internal manufacturing sites, including physical servers and virtual platform.
- To design maintenance procedures and putting them into operation
- To test, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
- To analyse the requirements and different options available and to recommend the most suitable and economically feasible proposal for the project / task
- To make sure that the infrastructure development project is completed within the given time frame
- To ensure security of data and network access including evaluation of technology risks & development of network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
- To preserve assets, information security and control structures.
- To audit systems and assess their outcomes.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
- 3 - 5 years of infrastructure management or other relevant experience
- Have technical competency in: Nutanix, VMWare, Active Directory, Network, Firewall, Load balancers, SCCM, SQL Servers, ITIL, SDWAN / LAN / WIFI design, IT Management Tools - (Network, Firewall and Servers), IT/OT Network design and support
- Hands-on experience in backup solutions i.e SAN, NAS
- Excellent communication, strong problem solving, analytical and leadership skills.
- Able to work on extended hours (if required only), hours, flexibility & stress resistance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
