**Risk Analyst**

This role will manage end-to-end chargeback processes, fraud investigations, and risk management operations while driving improvements in fraud prevention and mitigation strategies. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Chargeback Management**:

- Oversee the entire chargeback lifecycle, including reviewing, investigating, and resolving claims in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of chargeback cases and decisions.
- **Customer Support**:

- Communicate with customers to gather necessary information, explain chargeback outcomes, and address inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide guidance and support to customers on chargeback-related issues.
- **Fraud Investigation and Risk Mitigation**:

- Investigate suspicious activities, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for fraud incidents.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk management policies and procedures.
- **Insights and Reporting**:

- Deliver actionable insights to management to improve fraud prevention and chargeback reduction strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on risk assessments, fraud incidents, and mitigation efforts.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Soft Skills**:

- Analytical Ability: 1-2 years of experience (required).
- Problem-Solving Capability: 1-2 years of experience (required).
- **Technical Skills**:

- MS Office (Intermediate Level): 1-2 years of experience (required).
- SQL: 1-2 years of experience (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
