**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The everyday tasks of a Finance Executive involve overseeing finance and accounting activities.

Work responsibilities include **preparing financial reports, analysing cash flow and making**
**recommendations for improvement**. The role of Finance Executive includes **managing finance**
**performance metrics and compliance with the organisation’s policies and establishes financial**
**strategic goals, objective and performance criteria.** The Finance Executive work responsibilities

include** cutting costs and maximising profits and collaborate with the organisation's top executives**
**over budgeting and taxes**. They may also be required to **hire new staff and develop schedules.**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Establish best practice financial systems and reporting processes
- Manage budgets, cash flows and accounts consolidation
- Create financial data analysis and sales data reporting
- Create high impact presentations and reports that clearly articulate the key aspects of the
- finances
- Oversee and execute transactional finance such as payroll, Cash management, AR/AP, bank
- accounts
- Ensure all compliance and governance regarding tax and accounting compliance for regulatory
- and legal requirements; together with External Accounting Firm and Legal Advisors
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting is timely and accurate
- Manage costs within the businesses to make improvements to the bottom line
- Innovate and evolve the existing financial processes

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Degree holders
- GPA 3.2 and above
- Has strong technical knowledge of management accounting, tax and finance
- Dynamic and resourceful to find solutions on your own
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with High Proficiency in English
- Have great time management skills
- Must be a thorough project manager delivering timely and accurate reports with attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail
