Specialist Procurement

Carrying out Procurement activities in certain local Procurement segment with low to medium degree of difficulty and or PVO with the objective to optimize supply and generate a contribution to operating profit while taking into account optimization of the total cost ownership.

In your new role you will:

- **Supplier management**: Identify ,evaluate & negotiate with the suppliers to ensure the best value in terms of quality, cost and delivery.
- **Procurement operations**:Drive the RFI/RFQ process in timely manner by defining evaluation criteria, identifying and selecting suppliers.
- **Service delivery**:Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with established service level and KPIs.
- **Monitoring of contractual agreements**:To prepare renegotiations/subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measure and guarantee supplies.
- **Cost optimization & Risk Management**:Analyze Procurement data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, value enhancement and process efficiency.
- **Stakeholder interaction**:Collaborate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders including process owners and partner functions such as IT, BC, FM to deliver best in class services.
- **Continuous improvement**:Recommend process improvements and develop tools aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement withing the Procurement function.
- **Interdisciplinary working group/project work**:To inform oneself, exert influence accordingly and optimize internal processes and procedures.

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Understand of logistic, facility management related process is a plus.
- Proven experience in Procurement, supply chain management, or a related filed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Good communication and internal personal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficient in utilizing Procurement software and tools, inclusive but not limited to SAP and Excel.
