Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

Procure raw materials on a monthly basis.

Monitor material usage, order changes, and inventory levels in a timely manner.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of purchased items.

Reduce procurement lead times through local sourcing.

Coordinate and communicate with various departments.

Conduct annual supplier management, evaluation, and audits.

Test and implement new suppliers, alternative materials, or new materials.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with SAP systems.

Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, QC 080000, etc.

High integrity, strong execution skills, sense of responsibility, and confidentiality.

Bachelor's degree, at least one year of work experience, proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English.

  2. 了解ISO9001、IATF16949、ISO14001、QC080000等基础知识

3. 为人正直,有较强的执行力,有敬业精神及保密精神

  1. 大学本科学历,一年以上工作经验,精通汉语、马来语及英语。
