**Job Responsibility**
- Conducting professional work reference checks
- Onboarding new joiners - Assist the HR Onboarding team in welcoming new joiners and getting ready the Welcome Kit
- Recruitment of interns - you will drive the end-to-end process of hiring interns for various business teams, with guidance from Recruiters.
- Admin support to Talent Acquisition projects

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years working experience in a HR admin role preferably with exposure to recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- High sense of urgency and take ownership of your role & responsibilities.
- Responsible, committed and proactive
- Detailed and able to prioritize urgent & important tasks.
- Critical problem-solving skills and high level of awareness to escalate matters to the Recruiters and/or Head of Recruitment Operations
