Key Account Manager

Recognizing the potential health risks posed by compounds such as benzene, formaldehyde, and toluene—commonly found in many air fresheners—they have developed formulations that are primarily plant-based and free from alcohol, formaldehyde, benzene, and toluene. Their mission is to offer consumers a cleaner and more natural way to freshen the air in their homes and cars.
Key Account Manager (FMCG)
Full Time RM7,000 - RM10,000 per month
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in FMCG sales or key account management, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Must have prior experience handling the Watsons account with proven results in driving sales and managing the relationship.
- Proven success managing both international and local chain accounts (e.g. Watsons, 99 Speedmart, Econsave).
- Proficient in English (written & verbal) and Mandarin is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, commercial sense, and structured planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships proactively and systematically — even without formal CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key account strategies to drive revenue, brand presence, and customer loyalty.
- Develop long-term partnerships with major clients, while identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and product trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Plan and implement tailored promotional and trade activities that deliver strong ROI.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure timely execution of key account plans.
- Handle account forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance performance and support development.
- Prepare and present regular business reviews and progress reports to management and clients.
