**Responsibilities**
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs, and decision-making process to be able to propose solutions.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Negotiating with the decision makers of shipowners and crewing companies of the merchant fleet coming from all over the world to use Krew Guru services.
- Developing new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Evaluating the performance of the department, reporting and correcting its work.

**Qualifications**
- 3 - 6 years' prior industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in leading a team and achieving high-performance team targets.
- Good command of English both verbal and written.
- Extensive experience in international sales, specifically selling a complex IT product to the top officers of large companies and corporations.
- Experience in working with large amounts of data using CRM systems.
- Maritime trade transportation, freight, or logistics knowledge would be an added values
- Work experience in a crewing, shipping, or logistics company is highly preferred
- Absolute punctuality and diligence.
- Excellent communication, and efficient time management. Great leadership, strong organizational and management skills
