**Summary**:
Responsible in overall smooth running and operations of Human Resource & Management Administration Department; and to develop and implement department’s strategic plan in achieving the Organizations’ strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the smooth running of the HQ, personnel and HR management as well as Secretariat matters.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of all human resource matters including payroll, staff attendance report and staff insurance.
- Responsible for human resource functions covering staffing and recruitment, training and development and compensation and benefits.
- Responsible in managing the administrative personnel in supporting the secretariat and administration functions i.e. Coordinate Event, Procurement Process, Maintenance of HQ Office and Office equipments, Document and Call Management.
- Responsible in managing and maintaining internal communication on announcement, general update on process, procedures, policies etc.
- To liaise with relevant parties and authorities in regards to employee affairs (recruitment, resignation, grievances, employment benefits, EPF, SOCSO etc).
- To monitor and follow up on employees’ performance reviews and leave matters.
- Ensuring the safe custody, effective retrieval of all personnel documents, records and files.
- Review, develops and proposes new or existing policies in line with business requirements and as supported by the MM strategy such as working conditions, performance management equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Listening to grievances, advisory capacity to route proper channel of grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
- Undertake any other duties of compatible natures as may be required from time to time

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM80,000.00 per month
