Human Resource Manager

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage and process monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner, including statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including for **local and foreign workers**.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, including **Immigration Act**, **Employment Act**, and **foreign worker regulations**.
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and welfare of foreign workers.
- Handle **hostel arrangement, transportation**, and other accommodations for foreign staff.
- Maintain accurate records of foreign worker employment, passport validity, permits, and insurance (e.g., **FWCS, FWHS**).
- Administer accurate and timely payroll including statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Respond to payroll and HR-related inquiries, including those from foreign workers.
- Support performance reviews, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Liaise with external vendors such as agents or labor suppliers for foreign manpower.
- Ensure foreign workers’ working conditions meet regulatory standards and company policies.
- Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
- Must be able to work extra hours to complete important/urgent task
- must be willing to travel to site when necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
