Sales & Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility is to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to potential clients with the aim of promoting and selling services of the company. You will play crucial role in driving revenue and achieving sales targets by effectively communicating the value and benefits of the offering to prospective customers. This role requires a strong combination of presentation skills, sales expertise, public speaking and product knowledge.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and deliver the presentation inline with the services offered by the company.
- Engage prospective clients.
- Deliver Persuasive Messaging and Presentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
- Maintain and Ensure that all presentation materials, including slides, videos, demos, and samples, are up to date, visually appealing, and error-free.
- Cultivate relationships with strategic partners to expand the company's reach.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate sales funnel performance and adjust as necessary.
- Develop and maintain sales and revenue reports for management and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to captivate and engage audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to different client needs and industry verticals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication or a relevant field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
