**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized **Management Trainee** to assist the CEO of TalentCloud.ai in day-to-day operations, strategic planning, hosting meetings, data crunching, and special projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing SaaS startup environment. You will work closely with the CEO, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business, including product development, sales, operations, and business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Assist in coordinating and managing projects across departments, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- **Strategic Planning**: Support the CEO in research and preparation for strategic initiatives, including presentations, reports, and market analysis.
- **Operations Support**: Help streamline internal processes, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Communication & Stakeholder Management**: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors, to facilitate collaboration and communication.
- **Host Meetings**: Organize and host internal and external meetings, including setting agendas, coordinating participants, and following up on action items.
- **Data Crunching & Analysis**: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making processes and provide actionable insights for business strategies.
- **Business Analysis**: Assist in gathering and analyzing data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Help with administrative duties, including scheduling, meeting notes, and organizing files and documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a keen interest in startups and SaaS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with project management and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle and interpret large sets of data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
