Job brief

We are looking for a Management Trainee (Marketing) to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be working closely with trainers and be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential and justifying plans to the upper management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively creating brand awareness through face to face interaction with the public (outdoor) in events, roadshows and etc
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
- Willingness to experience and establish good working relationship with colleagues to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

Requirements and skills
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
