**Job Requirements**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Additional language/ dialects are highly preferred to support training sessions.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.
- Applicants must be willing to travel for work (outlets across Malaysia).
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Responsible to perform administrative tasks and support training documentation in the department.
- Liable to conduct training needs analysis to identify problems, wants and learning gap including but not limited to:
1. Collaborating with operations department to identify training needs
2. Conducting outlet survey on customers and outlet staffs to identify problems and training needs
3. Analyzing customer feedback
4. Conducting service audits for outlet
- Liable to plan, organize and implement effective training curriculum to develop employees’ customer service, product knowledge and other soft skills.
- Facilitate the launching of training initiatives through video, team communication and departmental liaison.
- To assist in SOP improvisation, re-organization and re-launching
- Accountable to regularly update and prepare training materials for the training programs
- Compile and analyze after-training impact by conducting service audit and generate reports for service quality evaluation
- Responsible for monitoring progression of new employees based on induction checklist
