**Key Responsibilities**:
**Employee Relations**:

- Manage HR functions, resolve employee issues, and balance employee advocacy with company well-being.
- Advise managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through team sessions, gatherings, and activities.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

**Performance Review Process**:

- Oversee performance appraisals and manage outcomes.
- Coach managers on performance issues and guide employees on career development.

**Compensation and Benefits Management**:

- Collaborate on benefits management and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits programs.

**Learning & Development**:

- Manage training programs and ensure completion.
- Utilize the online learning platform and oversee development plans.
- Conduct needs analysis and track training feedback and ROI.

**Policies and Process Optimization**:

- Ensure compliance of contracts and maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Revise company handbooks and policies to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
- Optimize HR processes for efficiency.

**Recruitment, Onboarding, and Termination**:

- Manage the recruitment process, including background checks and onboarding.
- Document and oversee onboarding and termination processes.

**HR Administration and Systems Compliance**:

- Manage HR systems and data updates.
- Ensure policies comply with legislation and update management on changes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage health and safety programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and handle tasks proactively.
- Analytical skills preferred.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,123.34 per month
