Handle inquiries and booking requests from potential guests.
- Maintain an organized system to track reservations, availability, and pricing.
- Confirm reservations, send booking confirmations, and update availability calendars.
- Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay to provide information, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Monitor pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, and local events.
- Work with marketing team in terms of promotions and discounts to attract guests during low-demand periods.
- Create and UpToDate listings on various online booking platforms.
- Write engaging property descriptions and highlight unique selling points.
- Optimize listings for search engine visibility and monitor reviews and ratings.
- Ensure that the property is well-maintained and clean for incoming guests.
- Schedule and coordinate house cleaning before guest check in and after guest check out.
- Handle payments and deposits, including processing credit card transactions or managing payment gateways.
- Keep accurate financial records and receipts.
- Track and manage inventory of amenities, supplies, and consumables.
- Order supplies when needed and maintain an organized inventory system.
- Ensure the homestay property complies with local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
- Stay informed about any changes in regulations that may affect the business.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and expenses.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions on pricing and marketing strategies.
- Promote additional services or amenities, such as guided tours, airport transfers, or catering, to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain records of reservations, guest information, and financial transactions.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
