Conduct outside sales and marketing activities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned existing clients
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for company products
- Conduct regular project site visits to introduce the company and increase engagement
- Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships
- Implement sales strategies through market, customer, and competitor analysis
- Network internally and externally to gather and share relevant market and customer insights
- Lead discussions with clients to secure orders, especially in competitive situations
- Coordinate all communications and sales documentation related to customer accounts
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively
- Monitor key customer projects and provide progress feedback to support ongoing success
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions
- Review and interpret technical specifications and requirements from customer inquiries
- Lead quotation preparation, including technical clarifications and required documentation
- Verify purchase order details against quotation terms before processing
- Submit clear technical instructions to the order entry team as needed
- Coordinate submission of technical documents (drawings, certificates, procedures) until approval
- Handle customer complaints and respond to technical inquiries
- Manage multiple sales and technical tasks efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product sales to the water/wastewater, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor industries
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is a strong advantage
- Knowledge in fluid control systems, valves, flow meters, and process automation is preferred
- Skilled in sales, negotiation, and account management
- Preferably with a background in technical or engineering sales
- Strong account management capabilities
- Independent, proactive, and driven with a can-do attitude
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
