**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Familiar with employment and advertising agencies for recruitment and selection with best match of job descriptions and qualifications.
- Negotiate with agencies for service fee, online employment service availability for long-term use and cost effectiveness.
- Assist HR & Admin to update and prepare annual headcount report and organization chart.
- Develop standard contract/agreement for overseas and local workers.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels in local languages and also good writing skills.
- Possess meticulous, detailed and well-organized skills to meet deadlines and able to work independently.

**QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE**:

- Min Qualification: Degree/Diploma Human Resources Management/ Business Administration
- Min Experience: 1 years relevant experience in HR & Administration proficiency
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply**
