Sales Support

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales of logistics services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide solutions that meet their expectations.
- negotiate pricing and contract terms with airlines/carriers, within company guidelines.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Update CRM system with customer contact information and details of interactions.
- Follow up with customers after sales meetings and phone calls.
- Monitor competitor activity and keep abreast of industry news.
- Achieve monthly KPI sales targets set by management.
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing plans.
- Responsible for offering quotes to current Routing Order and prospective clients for air/sea.
- Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Guide & monitor junior staffs in their daily task as and when required.
- Responsible for any other work-related tasks as assigned by the superior (HOD) on ADHOC basis and attend trainings provided (if required) to ensure that our service level is always up to the customer's expectations.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Fresh graduate are WELCOME to apply.
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to multi tasking and quickly switch your focus.
- Computer literacy, IT skills and typing skills.
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
