Customer Service Executive

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face / walk-in customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, products, pricing, delivery information and complaints.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customers satisfaction.
- Prepare quotation, invoice, DO and make billing.
- Perform customer verifications (based on transaction and credit limits).
- Keep track of customer interactions, comments, inquries and transactions.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments regarding customers enquiry and complaints.
- To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum three (3) years of experiences in order processing and customer service.
- Required skills: Microsoft Words & Excel (especially Vlookup & Pivot Table).
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
- Interest in helping and working with customers.
- Pleasant personality and good inter personal and communication skills.
