Customer Service Executive

To promote health products and health screening services.
- To manage incoming phone calls.
- To generate sales leads.
- To identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- To build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- To escalate feedback to Sales Manager.
- To good understand the company's products & services.
- To ensure customer care and service, collect feedbacks and resolve complaints.
- To deliver correct information between clients and team.
- To handle daily operation tasks: daily sales update, client sessions.
**Job Requirement**:
- Has a strong passion for customer service.
- Good interpersonal & Communication skills, service oriented.
- Good customer service skills - attentive, patience, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Required Language; English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
