**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Project Planning and Scheduling:

- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project tasks are clearly defined and deadlines are met.

2. Communication and Coordination:

- Serve as a liaison between different teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

3. Documentation:

- Maintain project documentation, including project charters, requirements, and meeting minutes.
- Organize and archive project-related materials for future reference.

4. Issue Tracking and Resolution:

- Identify and escalate project issues to the Project Manager for timely resolution.
- Work closely with team members to address and mitigate project risks.

5. Resource Management:

- Assist in resource allocation and tracking to ensure that team members have the necessary tools and support.
- Collaborate with department managers to allocate resources efficiently.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes for project deliverables.
- Perform regular checks to ensure project compliance with established standards.

7. Reporting:

- Prepare regular project status reports for distribution to key stakeholders.
- Provide data and metrics on project performance as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication/ Written and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Must be able to travel.
- Looking for **Indian Males.**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to IT infrastructure and software development projects.
- Added advantage if any Previous experience in a project coordinator or assistant role.
