**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project activities to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Support senior project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate communication among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
- Monitor deliverables to ensure they align with project requirements and quality standards.
- Help manage resources and ensure effective allocation based on project priorities.
- Support post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or Agile certification) is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting IT or software development projects is a plus.
