**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Project Planning and Coordination
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, and status reports.

2. Communication and Reporting
- Act as a point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, risks, and issues.

3. Risk and Issue Management:

- Identify potential project risks and issues and escalate them as needed.
- Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitor and track project issues and ensure timely resolution.

4. Quality and Compliance:

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

5. Support Senior Managers:

- Provide administrative support to senior managers as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Participate in project meetings and document key decisions and action items.

**Qualifications**

1.Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.

2. Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello) is preferred.

3. Skills:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Chinese and English

4. Personal Attributes:

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
