**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and drive sales growth for PEOPLElogy’s training and development programs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships with corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored learning solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the training, education, or HR solutions industry.
- Strong background in B2B sales and client management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Based in Johor Bahru, with a willingness to travel within the Southern region.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
