**Position**: First-Level Customer Support Specialist

**Languages Required**: Mandarin (Proficient in speaking and writing/typing in Chinese)

**Working Hours**:5-day work week with 2 days off, rotational shifts : 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 11am - 8pm

**Salary**: RM 3,000 - RM 3,500, plus RM 300 for attendance and performance (RNR)

**Location**: Plaza Sentral, near KL Sentral

**Start Date**: _December 2024 _

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in **paid training** sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Mandarin, **both spoken and written/typed **(REQUIRED).
- SPM, Diploma, or Degree.
- **Retirees and individuals without SPM are encouraged to apply.**
- **For Retirees**: There are no age restrictions provided the individual is capable of performing the required duties.
- Strong communication skills are essential.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
