Job Description ***: The TA Consultant’s (TAC) main role is to attract, source, screen, interview, hire, and onboard "the right fit" for various roles in the company. This role requires the TAC to possess good interpersonal and communication skills whilst working closely with others across different departments. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements - Support, drive and implement talent pipeline strategies through various Sourcing and Talent initiatives and programs - Develop and track measurable analysis of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals - Work closely with hiring managers on recruiting requirements and planning - Create ad post job openings in various paid & non-paid channels - Create comprehensive and sustainable employee activities for engagement strategy/purpose; - Develop and implement creative action plans and utilize creative design practices to increase employee engagement and develop healthy culture and values **REQUIREMENTS**: - Diploma/Degree in any field; - Proven knowledge and experience in handling large scale acquisition; preferably in the BPO/Contact Centre industry; - Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant talent acquisition experience; - Highly experienced in the overall sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, and running of Assessment Centre is an added advantage; - Able to work independently, resourceful, meticulous, self-driven, and good decision-making skills; - Excellent communication with the ability to foster long term relationships with internal & external partners; - Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficiency on task Additional Information - Career Level Senior Executive - Qualification Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree - Years of Experience 2 years - Job Type Full-Time - Job Specializations Admin/Human Resources, Human Resources SRG ASIA PACIFIC, Established in 1996, SRG Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd has continuously progressed as a premier leading communications provider of outstanding services.
