**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to and resolve technical support tickets onsite in a timely manner.
- Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist with new employee onboarding (workstation setup, account creation, etc.).
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
- Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, equipment, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A+ or similar IT certification is a plus.
- Must be able to lift and move equipment (up to 40 lbs).

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

**Work Environment**:

- Onsite role, primarily desk-side support.
- May require occasional travel to other local offices or data centers.
- Standard business hours with occasional after-hours support during rollouts or emergencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
