Position Title: HR/Admin/ Finance Executive
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration:RM 3,000- RM 3,500
**Responsibilities**:
- **Administered task**
- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions for the respective branch
- Create and maintain recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements implement changes.
- Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor or management from time to time
- To communicate and liaise with customers/another department to ensure the customers' requirements fulfills
- **Finance Administration**:
- Create and maintain a recordkeeping accounting system (payable, receivable, and petty cash)
- Adherence to the dateline set for the closing of account every month
- Support financial-related matters on customers and vendors.
- Prepare requisition and create purchase orders for the respective branch
- Assist in print and creating Tax Invoices for respective branches & other related matters.
- **Human Resource Administrator**
- Responsible for recruitment for all departments levy, benefits, welfare, and other related matter
- To assist in the recruitment of new employees including the advertisement, career fair, and interview conduction. (Permanent Position & Internship)
- To conduct orientation and induction programs for a new employees.
- Aware of overall employee attendance, monitor employee leave record.
- Responsible for disciplinary mater and other personnel-related issues
Requirement
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1-2 years of similar experience is not required but preferred.
- Must have computer literate in Microsoft Office skills, managing processes, organization, analyzing information, professionalism, and problem-solving.
- Positive working style with good communication skills in both written & spoken English & Chinese.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
- Must be able to work in the KL area.
- Strong inter-personal skills in human relations and human resource management
- Multi-tasking & good time management.
- Preferable Female Chinese
